In the last 20 years, Texas has been producing a constant flow of ripping grindcore bands such as P.L.F., Insect Warfare, Noisear, Hatred Surge and Kill The Client. Trucido comes from that lineage as the talented Bryan Fajardo (Kill The Client/Noisear) is the drummer for this band. I witnessed their live show (peep the video!) in 2022 and it was impressive. Thirty-ish minutes of straight grind/blasts that had the same feel and ferocity of Discordance Axis or Insect Warfare. "Leaky Gut" is the shit!
