Program is an all Latino, d-beat inspired hardcore/punk band from McAllen, Texas. McAllen is located at the southern tip of Texas in the Rio Grande Valley, close to the country of Mexico. That being said, the regional and cultural influences of the valley have a heavy influence that acts as a filter to their brand of hardcore/punk. Enok Vasquez (vocals), Anton Ruiz (guitar) and Jaime Martinez (bass) started Program a couple of years after their band Porkeria dissolved. Imagine Totalitar if they were your primos from the valley. Brutal.
